Bigger, Better: Wild Frontier Fest Returns for Second Year

Austin loves music festivals. We pretty much love any excuse to drink during the day with our friends. Now put a stage in front of us with some of the best that the ATX music scene has to offer and we’re in heaven. The Octopus Project. White Denim. Black & White Years. Zeale. It sounds like the lineup that only a dream scenario could create – but it’s real – it’s Wild Frontier Fest. Emo’s will be the home of WFF on September 10-11, and like that of other multiple day festivals such as ACL or Fun Fun Fun Fest, you can buy a 2-day pass for $35, or a day 1 pass or day 2 pass for $20 (or just click “I Like It” on the event pages for a chance to win passes). The Vagabond Collective put this party together to build a bridge between local and national acts. Each artist was handpicked for the festival and caters to all ages and demographics. This is only the second year for the Wild Frontier Fest, but with a line up like this, it’s sure to be a new staple among festivals in Austin.
